Orders and payment

How do I pay?

Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives. More payment options will come later.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it ships. Contact us with your order number and we will sort it out. [CONFIRM]

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account just saves your address and your order history.

How much is delivery?

Inside Dhaka ৳80. Outside Dhaka ৳150. [CONFIRM: rates]

How long does it take?

Inside Dhaka usually 1 to 2 days, outside Dhaka 3 to 5 days. [CONFIRM: delivery times]

Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

Not yet. We only deliver inside Bangladesh for now.

Can I return something?

What if a switch or key stops working?

[CONFIRM: warranty length.] Most fixes are easy on a hot-swap board, so we can often just send you a replacement switch.

Keyboard basics

What is hot-swap?

Hot-swap sockets hold the switches without solder. Pull a switch out with the included puller and push a new one in. Trying a new feel takes minutes.

What is a gasket mount?

The plate that holds the switches sits on soft gaskets instead of being screwed to the case. Presses feel a little softer and sound deeper.

Which layout should I pick?

60% is the smallest and drops the arrows and F-keys. 65% adds arrows. 75% adds the F-row and often a knob. TKL keeps everything except the number pad. Not sure? 65% is a great first board.
